中國12月製造業PMI連續第3個月擴張,但成長不如預期
中國國家統計局公布12月採購經理人報告,製造業PMI在大規模設備更新和消費品以舊換新「兩新政策」以及搶出口效應的雙重推動下,連續第三個月擴張,但細部數據也顯示,需求的擴張恐是短期效應。 製造業 根據中國國家統計局公布的數據顯示,中國12月製造業PMI為50.1,較上個月下滑0.2個百分點,並略低於市場預期的50.3。從組成指數來看,生產指數略為下滑0.3個百分點至52.1,而新訂單指數則較上一個月上升0.2個百分點 51.0。 而供應商交貨時間延續上個月的擴張趨勢並再次上升0.7個百分點至50.9。然而,原材料庫存仍舊緊縮,僅較上個月上升0.1個百分點至48.3,而就業指數同樣保持緊縮並較上個月下滑0.1個百分點至48.3。 其他指數方面,新出口訂單延續上個月的趨勢再次上升0.2個百分點至48.3,而整體價格略有滑落,投入與出廠價格分別滑落至48.2(前49.8)和46.7(前47.7)。企業對於製造業的前景雖略為下滑但仍保持擴張,經營預期指數較上個月下滑0.6個百分點至53.3。 整體來看,中國製造業在12月份延續了兩新政策以及川普搶出口效應的帶動,使生產和新訂單持續保持擴張。 然而,內部需求的改善力道似乎有限,企業在庫存方面依舊疲軟,新訂單-產成品庫存也再次回落至3.1(前3.4)。此外,企業招聘的冷淡以及出廠價格的回落,皆暗示製造業需求的擴張可能是在反映搶出口效應帶來的短期提振,因此內需實際回暖的延續性還是有待觀察。 Read more at Datatrack 非製造業PMI 在非製造業部分,12月份非製造業 PMI 為 52.2,較前一期大幅上升 2.2 個百分點。細分行業來看,建築業的商業活動指數大幅上升3.5個百分點至53.2,反映出建築業受春節假期臨近導致部分企業加快施工進度。 而服務業商業活動指數較上一個月上升1.9個百分點至52.0,不過各行業狀況分歧, 運輸、通訊以及金融等行業指數均超過55,但餐飲、住宿以及居民服務等行業指數仍位於緊縮區間。 從其他細項指數來看,新訂單大幅上升2.8個百分點至48.7,同樣反映出建築業在春節前施工需求大增,使其新訂單指數大幅上升7.9個百分點至51.4,而服務業僅上升1.8個百分點並持續維持於緊縮區間的48.2。 而投入價格進一步上升至擴張區間的50.5(前49.1),但銷售價格仍維持在緊縮的48.8,顯現出企業仍面臨需求疲軟以及市場競爭加劇,進而導致企業難以轉嫁成本的尷尬局面。與此同時,企業雇員狀況與製造業相同,聘僱指數雖略微上升0.4個百分點至45.8,顯現企業對未來需求的信心仍舊不足。 整體而言,雖然服務業在12月進一步擴張,但行業間差異明顯。而這次的上升主要是受建築業在春節前施工需求增加的帶動,但服務業新訂單仍未脫離收縮區間,反映出內需復甦力度不足。 此外,企業在面對需求不振及市場競爭加劇的環境下,雖投入價格進入擴張區間,但銷售價格持續低迷,表明企業仍難以轉嫁成本壓力。同時,聘僱指數的低位徘徊進一步表式企業對未來需求的信心有限,因此未來需求擴張的可持續性與製造業一樣均需進一步觀察。 Read more at Datatrack
