According to DRAMeXchange, a research division of TrendForce, the downtrend generally associated with mobile DRAM contract prices is expected to come to an end in July. For the discrete memory products, the prices will likely remain at about the same level as the previous quarter's amount. With regard to the MCP and eMCP products, the contract prices of first tier manufacturers are projected to grow by nearly 10%, whereas those of the second to third tier manufacturers will rise by over 10%...
