According to WitsView, the display research division of TrendForce, the global LCD TV panel shipment has set the record to surpass 20 million units for four consecutive months since August, and the November shipment has topped 22 million units at once, continuously setting the historical shipment record.
Tablets, which rank high on many consumers’ shopping lists, have become an undisputed highlight for this year's peak season, with cheap, under-$200 USD devices such as Nexus 7 and Kindle Fire HD poised to gain major attention within the market.

According to WitsView, the display research division of TrendForce, the Taiwanese LCD TV SI shipment amounted to 10.31 million units in Q3, climbing 19.6% QoQ. With the hot season support, the shipment in Q4 would continue the Q3 growth momentum, showing a QoQ increase of 9%-11%.
