2009/11/25--------NAND Flash contract price partly stayed flat or slightly declined 2-4% in 2H November. Some memory card & UFD makers plan to lower their inventory level by the end of 2009 as the NAND Flash restock demand for year-end sales has peaked in November.
2009/11/23----According to survey by DRAMeXchange, after DDR2 contract prices have hiked for four months, leading to an average price surge of 82%, its average contract price stabilized in 2HNov, average contract price of DDR2/2GB is maintained at $41.
2009 Nov 11th--------The fluctuation range for 1HNovember NAND Flash average contract price is around -2%~6% that since the year end inventory replenishment for hot season still effects, yet some vendors mildly adjust up contract price for certain products. However, with the raising portion in 3xnm process technology in November, also some vendors lower the contract price or remain flat.
2009/11/9-----According to DRAMeXchange, 1H’Nov contract price continues the sharply increasing upward pricing trend 13.9% to US$41 from US$36 due to the DDR2 shortage while the “High” contract price has surpassed spot price and reached US$50.
